    Really good service at a lovely retreat

    The staff here. From the cute check-in to personalized greetings, they go out of their way to ensure comfort. The convenient metro access outside the hotel made exploring Istanbul effortless.

    One minor setback was the thin walls. I occasionally overheard sounds from neighboring rooms. While the executive lounge was pleasant, I missed the scenic views from previous visits.

    Our stay there was quite comfortable! Ideal accommodation, the breakfast was rich, magnificent location very close to the subway. Greatly enjoyed the double room overlooking the city. The staff was really kind from the moment we arrived. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was top-notch.

    Incredibly friendly and helpful staff,Very competent, speaking great English, always smiling...Breakfast was more then you could ever wish for. Rooms were so clean and nicely arranged. The design of the hotel is to die for- you can see they knew what they wanted from the start- everything fits together perfectly, it's a whole , from the rooms to the restaurant, to the lobbies to the reception. the location is also great for shopping or getting to the old city or to the Bosphorus. Definitely recommend it and will stay there again

    The Beautiful Twin Room delivered a spacious stay, providing ample room for a family. The hotel's location right next to major shopping areas made it convenient for getting around and enjoying activities nearby.

    The walls in the hotel are a bit too thin, so sounds from neighboring rooms can sneak in, disturbing the peace at inconvenient times. The swimming pool felt cramped. It didn't provide a real swimming experience, and the jacuzzi was overwhelmed during peak times. The lack of towels at the spa and a rushed atmosphere in the breakfast area added to the stress of the stay as relaxing as hoped.

    Liked our rooms where even breakfast is held. The service was top-notch, we had an amazing and incredibly nice breakfast with nice touches like a honeycomb and unnatural, for instance. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet overall. The employees were really kind.
